25.0 H4895 is my preferred since it's a commencing load that shoots rather very well.  Individually I have never uncovered the greater typical ball powders to be as exact at minimal demand weights (H335, AA2230, WC844, etcetera.). That staying mentioned I altered my load over to WC844
